Our Care Journey
We work with trusted spiritual leaders in the community to identify children who may benefit from the programme.

We work with trusted spiritual leaders in the community to identify children who may benefit from the programme. Trained professionals then conduct a thorough and detailed analysis of each child’s situation to ensure they are suitable for the program.
We verify all information provided about the child and conduct a comprehensive needs assessment. A personalised care plan is then developed, and a shared commitment is made by the caregiver, spiritual leader, and child to walk the journey together.
The child and caregiver receive a Welcome Pack and are introduced to the support outlined in their care plan. The child is connected with professional support services and a dedicated mentoring programme to provide consistent guidance.
Through our Kafala Programme, tailored initiatives address each child’s evolving needs.
including a robust monitoring system, is utilized to track progress and measure impact, while strategic partnerships are established to strengthen the support offered throughout the entire development process.
As the program concludes, the child receives mindset and resilience training to prepare them for the future. Ongoing community oversight continues, and our alumni network and employment partnerships help ensure long-term success.
Leveraging Technology to Deliver Tailored Care
Technology is central to how Orphan 7 operates. We leverage advanced technology to monitor, track, analyze, intervene, and report on all children and caregivers.

Centralised systems
Our CARE MANAGEMENT PLATFORM is a centralized hub that streamlines all processes, from onboarding to reporting.
This enables data-driven insights, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and facilitates collaboration with partners.
Tracking and reports
By having a single platform, customers can easily access and manage their information, reducing complexity and increasing efficiency.
